What's the info that I'm seeing on my workout screen?

On your lower left side, you will see the resistance level as well as the number of repetitions that you’re performing. This will update automatically when switching between exercises.

You can follow the sequence of exercises on the drop-down menu on the top left.

In the middle screen, you have the option to pause/play the program that you're following. Calories and MXP are shown here too.

If you have a compatible Heart Rate connected, the app will show your HR as well - this can be seen on top of the Pause/Play button

On your right, you will see two bars showing the Power and Velocity of each pull.

You can skip workouts on the Skip button, next to your workout information such as set, circuit and reps.
