What's the MAXPRO Score (MXP Score)?

The MXP score is the accumulated Power readings of every rep that is dependent on the combination of the resistance level, the number of reps, the distance of each rep, and the velocity of movement.  This is a very good indicator of the amount of energy put into your workout and can be used to measure your progress.  It’s also the basis for workout ranking in our new leaderboards.
