Does MAXPRO work for heavy lifters?

If you always lift heavy, we believe the MAXPRO could hold up for a period of time and is designed for heavy lifting under proper use, but you may need to replace the cable earlier than others, which is something you can do yourself with a replacement cable. MAXPRO can also be a great tool to supplement heavy lifting for detraining phases or off-days. It’s important to note that the MAXPRO workout feels differently than with heavy weights or cable machines- being that the resistance is only in the pull-out direction (concentric) and does not have negative resistance (eccentric). We just want to make that clear, because MAXPRO is extremely effective at strengthening muscle, but it does so differently and feels differently as well.
