To use your FSA/HSA through TrueMed at checkout:

Add to Cart: Place your item (e.g., a fitness device, supplement) in your online cart on a Truemed partner's website.

Select Truemed: At checkout, choose "Pay with HSA/FSA" or "Truemed" as your payment method.

Health Survey: You'll be redirected to Truemed's site to complete a brief health questionnaire.

Payment: Pay Directly: Enter your HSA/FSA debit card details to pay upfront.

Split Payment: Use your HSA/FSA card for part of the cost and a regular credit/debit card for the rest.

Reimbursement: If you pay with a regular card, Truemed provides an LMN to submit to your administrator for reimbursement.

Get Your LMN: A provider reviews your survey, and if approved, you get the required Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). 

Key things to remember

Eligibility: The purchase must qualify as a medical expense for your FSA/HSA.

LMN: Truemed helps you get the necessary Letter of Medical Necessity to make your purchase eligible.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions usually can't be paid directly with an HSA/FSA card; you'll need to pay with a regular card and seek reimbursement.
